I watch women gain confidence from the outside in by using the products and from the inside out by investing time in their personal development journey. \nI came to Mary Kay following successful engineering and real estate careers that served our family well in different seasons of life. Those experiences prepared me for the grit\, tenacity\, and persistence it takes to be a self-employed leader in the direct selling industry. Every struggle and success during previous seasons shape us into the current better version of ourselves.
