This taught me cultural diversity and how to effectively communicate and get along with others from a very young age. This also taught me the meaning of working hard (as we were not able to be idle as children…..we had to help my mom with the house\, etc\, because my dad was often overseas.) \nAs I started working\, I became every owner/manager’s dream employee because I would get my work done and ask what else I could do that needed to be done. As I grew older\, I started seeing the disconnect between the management teams and the employees and noticed that not all the work was always getting done. The managers often worked long hours and still had a pile of work to get to when they had time. This is what prompted me to start my business. \nThis presentation is for anyone that has trouble taking vacations or doing things they enjoy or never seems to have time for their family.
