She’s authored two books\, Unraveled: When Loss Changes Everything\, and Never Far Apart\, and recently compiled the anthology\, Threads of Gold. \nOutside of work\, Betty is a NASM-certified personal trainer who teaches at her local gym\, a passionate gardener\, and an advocate for living fully in every season. She and her husband Kyle live in St. Peters and have three children: Ella\, Ryder and Layne. \nSuccess is often built on strategy\, hard work\, and vision\, but what happens when life throws you a complete curveball?
