SUMMARY:West County Chapter Meeting - Vision Boards – Creating Your Vision for 2024
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nGUEST SPEAKER: Amy Yan\nTOPIC: Vision Boards – Creating Your Vision for 2024 \nWHERE: ll Bel Lago – 11631 Olive Blvd. St. Louis\, MO 63141\nWHEN: Thursday\, December 21\, 2023 – 11:30AM-1:00PM CST\nHow many people do you know that are living their dreams? Are you living your dream? You’ll find that most people are stuck\, doing jobs they hate to sustain a lifestyle they’re uncomfortable with. You are most likely in a similar situation where you feel hopeless and lost. The only thing you lack is setting the right goals and planning to achieve them. A vision board can help you with this. \nA vision board is a collage of photographs\, images\, affirmations\, and quotes that help you visualize your goals and dreams. Most of us have dreams\, but they often get lost in the endless stream of our daily thoughts. This is where vision boards come in. They help you to put your focus back on what matters. When you have a clear vision of what you want\, it becomes easier to get into the mindset that will allow you to achieve it. Vision boards serve as a daily reminder of your goals and where you want to be in life. Ultimately\, your thoughts align with your goals and manifest into actions that lead to success. \nLearn how to create your vision for 2024 and start manifesting your dreams into reality! \nKey Takeaways: \nGain self-awareness and self-reflect on what is important to you \nImagine what a positive future could look like \nCreate a mini vision board as a daily reminder of our dreams and goals \nGet fired up emotionally about putting your goals into action for 2024 \nNOTE: We ask that everyone bring a magazine or two. Scissors\, markers\, and glue will be provided.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nContact this Speaker Directly:\nAmy Yan\, CEO\, Certified WMBE – C3 Business Consultants\nEmail: amy@c3bc.com[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nAll chapter meetings are FREE for anyone to attend.  YES!  You read that right. \n\n(We just ask that if a chapter meeting is at a restaurant location\, that you purchase a meal to support the location that is so graciously hosting our event. Don’t forget to tip your server a little extra as most restaurants are struggling with staffing issues and we want to make sure they know how much we appreciate them!) \nEnjoy a proven\, structured system that embraces the building of relationships which in turn will grow your business efficiencies\, sales\, exposure\, and business processes. \nCome meet and learn from panelists\, experts\, and local women in your WEW chapter.  You will also find allies who want to help with your success and are ready to share their resources and expertise to help you take that next step in your personal and professional life. \nFor information about this chapter\, please contact our corporate team at hello@wewnational.com.\n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

SUMMARY:Sunset Hills Chapter Meeting - Conversations with Your Pets
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nGUEST SPEAKERS: Deb Hennen\nTOPIC: Conversations with Your Pets\nWHERE: Weber’s Front Row – 8169 Big Bend Blvd\, Webster Groves\, MO 63119\nWednesday\, December 6\, 2023 – 11:30AM-1:00PM CST\nDeb Hennen\, Professional Animal Communicator\, and Certified Animal Reiki Practitioner. \nHave you ever wondered what your pet is thinking or feeling? \nGrowing up\, our household always had a variety of pets\, including some exotic. I knew that I had a special connection with them. Even as a child\, when asked “What do you want to be when you grow up?”\, I would reply “Dr. Doolittle.” \nAs a mother of two wonderful children\, our household has always included pets. When I discovered the reality of animal communication\, my passion for connecting with animals led me to pursue this as a profession. I’ve found my true calling in telepathically communicating with animals and bridging the gap between animals and humans\, whether they are living or in the spirit world. \nDo you have concerns about your pet’s well-being or their transition at the end of life? Are you looking to establish a deeper connection with them\, gaining a better understanding of their needs? Perhaps you also wish to connect with a pet who has passed on to the spirit realm? \nI am here to personally assist you and your pet with all these situations. \nIn our communication and healing sessions\, common topics include Health and Wellness\, Behavior\, End of Life Transitions\, and Mediumship. I use Reiki as a tool to identify areas in need of energetic balance and clearing\, ultimately aiding in the healing process. \nIf you wish to establish a stronger bond with your pet\, I facilitate communication\, allowing you to understand their needs and desires\, while helping them understand your own. This opens a two-way dialogue between you and your beloved companion. \nDuring this presentation\, Deb will explain how animal communication works\, understanding how your pet thinks and feels\, and making the connection with your own pets.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text] \nContact Sunset Hills Chapter Speaker Directly:\nDeb Hennen\, Animal Communicator & Healer with Heart 2 Spirit Animal Communication & Healing\nEmail: deb@heart2spirit.com \nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/Heart2Spirit/ \nWebsite: http://www.Heart2Spirit.com \nPhone Number: 314-578-5302[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nAll chapter meetings are FREE for anyone to attend.  YES!  You read that right. \n\n(We just ask that if a chapter meeting is at a restaurant location\, that you purchase a meal to support the location that is so graciously hosting our event. SUMMARY:North Houston Chapter Meeting - Get a JUMP Start on a Healthier YOU!
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nGUEST SPEAKERS: Vikki LeBeau\nTOPIC: Get a JUMP Start on a Healthier YOU!\nWHERE: Living Holistic: 350 Nursery Rd Suite 1101 The Woodlands\, TX\nTuesday\, November 14\, 2023 – 11:30AM-1:00PM CST\nAfter many diets over several years\, Vikki was ready to just give-up! She had actually met with a Bariatric Surgeon and was just three weeks away from her first consultation regarding bariatric surgery options (gastric bypass\, Lap-Band and gastric sleeve). Before that consultation could take place\, Vikki was introduced to a low fat\, low carb program. During her meeting\, she began learning things that had never been fully explained to her before and she knew this could be it! Finally\, there was a plan that would help her with her weight loss AND was available to others that were also struggling with the same issues. During her low fat\, low carb program consultation\, she finally learned that there was an actual name for her condition- Metabolic Syndrome. Men and women suffer with this issue and have no idea how to fix it and\, unfortunately\, believed the dated myth “eat less\, workout more” – which we all know is not true. Vikki founded her clinic in 2015 with a vision of bringing health and wellness to a struggling population. She has been coaching clients on how to live well by losing weight AND\, most importantly\, learning how to keep the weight off now through new DNA technology which shows just how everyone is need something different. Vikki’s goal is to live to 100 feeling great while teaching others to join in.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nAll chapter meetings are FREE for anyone to attend.  YES!  You read that right. \n\n(We just ask that if a chapter meeting is at a restaurant location\, that you purchase a meal to support the location that is so graciously hosting our event. SUMMARY:Houston Chapter Meeting - Finding your "Why" and Making it Your Job
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nSPEAKER: Desiree Cuellar\nTOPIC: Finding your “Why” and Making it Your Job\nWHERE: West Houston Institute – 2811 Hayes Road\, Houston\, TX 77082\nThursday\, November 9\, 2023 – 11:00AM-12:30PM CST\nDesiree is a Cybersecurity Risk and Regulatory Manager who has spent her free time being a professional bikini competitor and being entrepreneur with her husband. She has a Bachelors of Science in Cyber Security and a Master’s of Science in Cybersecurity studies. She’s also a (retired) professional Global Bodybuilding Organization bikini competitor. She and her husband established\, opened and sold the Wow Wow Hawaiian Lemonade Stand in San Antonio\, Texas during and post Covid. \n“Why” is a underutilized word in forming our goals and aspirations. It can quickly turn any thought between a negative to a positive. “Why” provides that validation and justification to any effort. But how do you take your idea or thought for a goal and framing it into a “why”? Desiree talks about how you think about your goals and how you justify it to yourself shapes how likely you are to feel successful. She shares how turning your goals into a job can help keep you aligned on short and long term goals and how it’s just a matter of framing your ‘why’ to be the most beneficial. \nPresentation takeaways: \nWhat are some goals you think you’ve struggled to accomplish or feel just aren’t attainable? Do you feel like those ‘quick fixes’ just aren’t enough anymore and you really want to make your dreams a reality? The key to manifesting your dreams starts with the way you think about it. Desiree is going to share just how important structuring your ‘why’ the right way can make or break any aspiration and hopefully encourage everyone to do some self-reflection on how to get them to their next-level self. \nFor information about this chapter\, please contact our corporate team at hello@wewnational.com.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]Contact this Speaker Directly:\nDesiree Cuellar\, Cyber Risk Manager & Bodybuilder \nEmail: desicabinatan@gmail.com \nLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/desireecuellar/ \nInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/lil_buff_fairy/ \nPhone Number: 602-432-7207[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nAll chapter meetings are FREE for anyone to attend.  YES!  You read that right. \n\n(We just ask that if a chapter meeting is at a restaurant location\, that you purchase a meal to support the location that is so graciously hosting our event. DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nGUEST SPEAKERS: Barb Nelson\nTOPIC: The Importance of Work/Life Balance and Self Care for the Small Business Owner\nWHERE: El Agave 10893 Sunset Hills Plaza\, St. Louis\, MO 63127\nWednesday\, November 1\, 2023 – 11:30AM-1:00PM CST\nI grew up in the military and moved every 3 years from the time I was born until my freshman year of high school. This taught me cultural diversity and how to effectively communicate and get along with others from a very young age. This also taught me the meaning of working hard (as we were not able to be idle as children…..we had to help my mom with the house\, etc\, because my dad was often overseas.) \nAs I started working\, I became every owner/manager’s dream employee because I would get my work done and ask what else I could do that needed to be done. As I grew older\, I started seeing the disconnect between the management teams and the employees and noticed that not all the work was always getting done. The managers often worked long hours and still had a pile of work to get to when they had time. This is what prompted me to start my business. \nThis presentation is for anyone that has trouble taking vacations or doing things they enjoy or never seems to have time for their family. Learn how to block your schedule to free up more time to become your best self. \nPresentation takeaways: \nLearning how to block their schedule for self care and work the business around those times.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text] \nContact Sunset Hills Chapter Speaker Directly:\nBarb Nelson\, President of Beacon Virtual Assistants\, LLC\nEmail: barb@beaconvirtualassistants.com \nWebsite: http://www.beaconvirtualassistants.com \nLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/barbara-nelson-81143819/ \nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/Justact1/ \nPhone Number: 314-650-9784[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nAll chapter meetings are FREE for anyone to attend.  YES!  You read that right. \n\n(We just ask that if a chapter meeting is at a restaurant location\, that you purchase a meal to support the location that is so graciously hosting our event. This presentation will offer one example of  what happens when personal calamity meets professional aspirations in a poignant fairy tale format\, complete with interactive activities. \nPresentation takeaways: \nAll feelings are valid \nMaking room for our grief allows us to fully experience gratitude \nAsking for what we need during personal struggle can allow growth professionally – or at least not impede it[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]Contact this Speaker Directly:\nKris Fulkerson\, Founder & Co-Founder of Coping 4 Kids & Coping 4 Life \nEmail: kris@coping4life.com \nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/coping4life \nPhone Number: 618-830-5312[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nAll chapter meetings are FREE for anyone to attend.  YES!  You read that right. \n\n(We just ask that if a chapter meeting is at a restaurant location\, that you purchase a meal to support the location that is so graciously hosting our event. SUMMARY:Virtual Meeting - From Compassion to Action: A Journey of Creating a Nonprofit
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nGUEST SPEAKER: Gabriela Elizondo Gonzales\nTOPIC: From Compassion to Action: A Journey of Creating a Nonprofit\nMODERATED BY: Lollie Ramirez-Bennett\nWed\, October 18\, 2023 – 12:00PM-1:00PM CST\nGabriela Elizondo Gonzales\, a wife\, mother of four and grandmother of five\, a woman of resilience and compassion. With over two decades of experience as a successful photographer\, Gabriel’s life took an unexpected turn with the onset of the pandemic. Facing canceled photoshoots and lost clients\, she found herself searching for purpose amidst the uncertainty. \nBut rather than succumbing to despair\, Gabriela chose to renew her mind and find ways to make a positive impact. As she decluttered her house\, she was reminded of those who had lost their jobs and were in dire need. A simple act of kindness to one family sparked a fire within Gabriela to do more. \nUsing her platform on social media\, Gabriela began rallying her community to help those in need. Through her subdivision’s Facebook page and personal account\, friends and neighbors donated clothing\, household items\, and furniture for families struggling to make ends meet. The response was overwhelming\, fueling Gabriela’s passion even further. \nWhat began as a mission to provide basic necessities quickly grew into something much larger. Gabriela started Gabriela’s Families in Need\, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping low-income families. With the support of her friends and partners\, she has been able to assist 252 families and counting\, offering hope\, opportunity\, and comfort in challenging times. \nAdding yet another dimension to her already multi-faceted life\, she wholeheartedly supports her son’s company\, Fly Factory Custom T-Shirts\, and Promotional Products\, serving as his trusted personal assistant. This demonstrates her unparalleled commitment to family and the success of loved ones. \nOne of Gabriela’s lifelong dreams\, as she prayerfully became the official photographer for Lakewood Church after steadfastly believing in its realization for 14 long years. Even though her season at Lakewood ended she still gets excited to share that story. Additionally\, she is the former\, Director of Photography for H Texas Magazine\, her talent and passion was showcased to a wide audience.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nContact this Speaker Directly:\nGabriela Elizondo Gonzales\nEmail: Gaby@photosbygabriela.com \nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/gabriela.elizondo.gonzales?mibextid=LQQJ4d[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

SUMMARY:Edwardsville Chapter Meeting - Integrated Engagement Marketing: How to Make it Simple & Still Sizzle
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nGUEST SPEAKER: Heather McLin\nTOPIC: Integrated Engagement Marketing: How to Make it Simple & Still Sizzle\nWHERE: Bella Milano – 1063 S State Rte 157 Edwardsville\, IL \nThursday\, October 12\, 2023 – 11:30AM-1:00PM CST\nHeather McLin is a marketer\, business consultant\, author (coming soon!) and speaker. She is the Vice President of Marketing at Emerson for the Professional Tools business unit (RIDGID & Greenlee brands). She has worked at Emerson for 16 years\, at 3 different locations and several different functions including operations\, business development and now marketing. She is very passionate about all things related to goals\, marketing and career development. She is a slow jogger\, podcast nerd and a fan of champagne. Heather has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. She lives in St. Louis with her husband and 2 sons. \nIntegrated Engagement Marketing – This covers concepts from content strategy to making your marketing work really hard for you\, so you don’t have to work so hard.
