SUMMARY:West County Chapter Meeting - Vision Boards – Creating Your Vision for 2026
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”” css_params=””] \nGUEST SPEAKER: Amy Yan\nTOPIC: Vision Boards – Creating Your Vision for 2026 \nWHERE: ll Bel Lago – 11631 Olive Blvd. St. Louis\, MO 63141\nWHEN: Thursday\, December 18\, 2025 – 11:30AM-1:00PM CST\nHow many people do you know that are living their dreams? Are you living your dream? You’ll find that most people are stuck\, doing jobs they hate to sustain a lifestyle they’re uncomfortable with. You are most likely in a similar situation where you feel hopeless and lost. The only thing you lack is setting the right goals and planning to achieve them. A vision board can help you with this. \nA vision board is a collage of photographs\, images\, affirmations\, and quotes that help you visualize your goals and dreams. Most of us have dreams\, but they often get lost in the endless stream of our daily thoughts. This is where vision boards come in. They help you to put your focus back on what matters. When you have a clear vision of what you want\, it becomes easier to get into the mindset that will allow you to achieve it. Vision boards serve as a daily reminder of your goals and where you want to be in life. Ultimately\, your thoughts align with your goals and manifest into actions that lead to success. \nLearn how to create your vision for 2026 and start manifesting your dreams into reality! \nKey Takeaways: \nGain self-awareness and self-reflect on what is important to you \nImagine what a positive future could look like \nCreate a mini vision board as a daily reminder of our dreams and goals \nGet fired up emotionally about putting your goals into action for 2026 \nNOTE: We ask that everyone bring a magazine or two. SUMMARY:Chesterfield Chapter Meeting - Unwrapping Peace in the Holiday Season
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”” css_params=””] \nGUEST SPEAKER: Dr. Beth Bagley\nTOPIC: Unwrapping Peace in the Holiday Season\nWHERE: Firefly Grill: 101 Chesterfield Towne Center\, Chesterfield\, MO 63005\nWHEN: Tuesday November 25\, 2025 – 11:30AM-1:00PM CST\n\n\nDr. Elizabeth Bagley\, the founder of Precision Chiropractic\, graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2007. She has completed advanced training from the Blair Chiropractic Technique and is Webster Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Dr. Bagley also teaches health and wellness classes both in and outside the clinic. She is a lifelong St. Louisan and is married with twin daughters. \nDr. Bagley became an Upper Cervical Blair practitioner after this unique form of care saved her life. She suffered with daily headaches\, insomnia\, neck pain\, back pain\, anxiety and depression\, beginning in her early teens. After starting specific upper cervical care\, she became a new person! As her body started to become more optimum\, she decided that she wanted to help people the same way she has been helped. \nThe holiday season can be a time of warmth and connection\, but it can also bring stress\, fatigue\, and the pressure to meet unrealistic expectations. Dr. Bagley will offer practical strategies to help participants reduce overwhelm\, protect their peace\, and find meaning amidst the holiday madness. We’ll explore how to shift out of survival mode and into a season that feels more grounded\, intentional\, and restorative. \nPresentation takeaways: \nAcknowledgement of the Invisible Load\nLearn to recognize and validate the emotional and mental labor often carried silently—planning\, hosting\, gifting\, managing others’ emotions\, and more.  \nBoundaries: “No” Is a Full Sentence\nParticipants will gain permission and practical language to set clear\, respectful boundaries. Saying “no” isn’t negative. It can be a powerful form of self-care. \nIncreasing Resistance to Stress\nDiscover accessible tools to build resilience: breathwork\, rest practices\, joyful micro-moments\, and mindset resets. \n  \n\n\n[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=”” css_params=””] \nContact Chesterfield’s Speaker Directly:\nDr. Beth Bagley: Precision Chiropractic\nEmail: events@precisionchirostl.com \nWebsite: http://www.precisionchiropracticstl.com \nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/PrecisionChiroSTL \nInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/precisionchiropracticstl/[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text] \nAll chapter meetings are FREE for anyone to attend.  YES!  You read that right. \n\n(We just ask that if a chapter meeting is at a restaurant location\, that you purchase a meal to support the location that is so graciously hosting our event. DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”” css_params=””] \nHOSTED BY: Migdalia Gomez\nTOPIC: S.O.S Circle\nWHERE: First Cup 26403 Oak Ridge Dr Spring\, TX 77380\nWHEN: Monday\, November 10\, 2025 – 11:30AM – 1:00PM CST\n\n\nWhat is an S.O.S. Circle?\n\n\n\n\nAn S.O.S. Circle is more than just a meeting—it’s a transformative experience where women come together to uplift and empower each other. Attendees have the opportunity to forge deep connections\, dispel feelings of isolation\, and emerge stronger\, more resilient\, and united in their journey towards personal and professional fulfillment. \nFor many women\, celebrating successes can be challenging due to societal expectations and fear of being perceived as boastful. Likewise\, sharing struggles may feel daunting as it requires vulnerability and the fear of judgment. \nIn a guided open forum setting\, participants are invited to bravely share their triumphs and challenges\, knowing that they are among a community of women who understand and empathize. \nThe acronym S.O.S. stands for “Share Our Successes” or “Share Our Struggles” and embodies the core purpose of the circle. This offers a safe space for women to bravely share their struggles and vulnerabilities\, recognizing that doing so is not a sign of weakness but of strength and resilience. \n\n\n[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text] \nAll chapter meetings are FREE for anyone to attend.  YES!  You read that right. \n\n(We just ask that if a chapter meeting is at a restaurant location\, that you purchase a meal to support the location that is so graciously hosting our event. Don’t forget to tip your server a little extra as most restaurants are struggling with staffing issues and we want to make sure they know how much we appreciate them!) \nEnjoy a proven\, structured system that embraces the building of relationships which in turn will grow your business efficiencies\, sales\, exposure\, and business processes. \nCome meet and learn from panelists\, experts\, and local women in your WEW chapter.  You will also find allies who want to help with your success and are ready to share their resources and expertise to help you take that next step in your personal and professional life. \nFor information about this chapter\, please contact our corporate team at hello@wewnational.com.\n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
