SUMMARY:North Houston Chapter Meeting - S.O.S Circle
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”” css_params=””] \nHOSTED BY: Migdalia Gomez\nTOPIC: S.O.S Circle\nWHERE: Living Holistic – 350 Nursery Rd Suite 1101 The Woodlands TX 77380\nWHEN: Monday\, March 10\, 2025 – 11:30AM – 1:00PM CST\n\n\nWhat is an S.O.S. Circle?\n\n\n\n\nAn S.O.S. Circle is more than just a meeting—it’s a transformative experience where women come together to uplift and empower each other. Attendees have the opportunity to forge deep connections\, dispel feelings of isolation\, and emerge stronger\, more resilient\, and united in their journey towards personal and professional fulfillment. \nFor many women\, celebrating successes can be challenging due to societal expectations and fear of being perceived as boastful. Likewise\, sharing struggles may feel daunting as it requires vulnerability and the fear of judgment. \nIn a guided open forum setting\, participants are invited to bravely share their triumphs and challenges\, knowing that they are among a community of women who understand and empathize. \nThe acronym S.O.S. stands for “Share Our Successes” or “Share Our Struggles” and embodies the core purpose of the circle. This offers a safe space for women to bravely share their struggles and vulnerabilities\, recognizing that doing so is not a sign of weakness but of strength and resilience. \n\n\n[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text] \nAll chapter meetings are FREE for anyone to attend.  YES!  You read that right. \n\n(We just ask that if a chapter meeting is at a restaurant location\, that you purchase a meal to support the location that is so graciously hosting our event. SUMMARY:West County Chapter Meeting - The Power of Purpose: Unlocking Financial and Personal Wellness
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”” css_params=””] \nGUEST SPEAKER: Lisa Avenevoli\, CFP®\nTOPIC: The Power of Purpose: Unlocking Financial and Personal Wellness \nWHERE: ll Bel Lago – 11631 Olive Blvd. St. Louis\, MO 63141\nWHEN: Thursday\, April 17\, 2025 – 11:30AM-1:00PM CST\nGrowing up\, Lisa’s parents made countless sacrifices to ensure she and her siblings experienced a life rich in love\, faith\, and adventure. Family vacations\, birthday celebrations\, extracurricular activities\, and our unwavering Saturday evening tradition of attending mass (no matter how hard they tried to dodge it!) were the cornerstones of her childhood. \nDespite the hardships they faced\, Lisa’s parents mastered the delicate balance of hard work\, living within their means\, and enjoying life. Yet\, Lisa was acutely aware of the toll that years of night shifts and relentless labor took on them. \nLife as Lisa and her family knew it changed forever a few months after her mom’s 60th birthday. With no prior health issues and plans to retire alongside her dad\, Lisa’s mom’s unexpected diagnosis of leukemia was life-shattering. Over a grueling 2.5-year battle\, medical bills mounted\, forcing Lisa’s dad to postpone his retirement. Lisa’s dad finally stepped away from work just three months before her mom passed. \nThese experiences profoundly shaped Lisa’s path. Leaning on her faith\, she realized that her upbringing and the lessons learned during those difficult times led her to establish ARK and use her years of experience as a financial planner in a more meaningful\, impactful way. Lisa’s parents instilled an undeniable work ethic\, the value of money management and taught her to cherish what truly matters in life. The stark reminder that life is fleeting drives Lisa’s commitment to helping others embrace each moment. \nAs a financial advisor and founder of ARK\, Lisa’s mission is clear: to help clients understand their financial landscapes so they can focus on what truly matters—nurturing their families\, pursuing meaningful careers\, and living fully in the present. Lisa’s goal is to empower clients to navigate their financial journeys with confidence\, knowing they can achieve more than they ever thought possible. \nLife will always be complicated\, but with the right guidance and planning\, we can find happiness in the here and now. After all\, it’s about creating a purpose-driven life—balancing the importance of saving for the future with the joy of living for today. \nThis interactive session will focus on understanding the connection between defining your purpose and values to attain financial (and overall) wellness. We’ll do exercises to help you understand your money mindset and how this affects your financial decisions and\, in turn\, your ability to reach goals (and why your mindset is likely VERY different than your spouse!). \nWe’ll discuss how to get out of your own way\, and the importance of “knowing what you don’t know” to make your money work best for you. \nFinally\, you’ll walk away with some actionable steps you can implement today to begin maximizing your money and turning your hard-earned dollars into a meaningful experience without feeling guilty\, and without going into debt! \nThe shame and guilt around money is real – even for those who seem to “have plenty of it”. The worry of making all the right decisions\, not missing out on any opportunities and having the capacity to actually implement all “the things” correctly can be extremely overwhelming. \nJoin us in taking a step toward less money-related stress and more confidence in your ability to enjoy life today and create a solid financial future! \nPresentation takeaways: \nUnderstanding how your inherent money mindset plays into your financial decisions. \nRecognizing the link between embracing your life purpose and values to reach your financial goals. \nActionable steps you can take TODAY to organize your financial house around what is most important to YOU![/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”” css_params=””] \nContact this Speaker Directly:\nLisa Avenevoli\, CFP® at ARK Financial Wellness \nLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/ark-financial-wellness/ \nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/ARKFinancialWellness \nInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/arkfinancialwellness/ \nWebsite: http://www.ARKFinancialWellness.com \nEmail: lisa@arkfinancialwellness.com \nPhone Number: 314-353-9924 \n [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nAll chapter meetings are FREE for anyone to attend.  YES!  You read that right. \n\n(We just ask that if a chapter meeting is at a restaurant location\, that you purchase a meal to support the location that is so graciously hosting our event.
