Speaker Bio:

Sara is an Operations Executive who works with organizations that want to enhance people, processes, and profits. She is passionate about developing leaders by focusing on elevating individual strengths for operational effectiveness.

As a consultant and a certified coach, teacher and speaker, she offers workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching on leadership development. She has 30 years of experience in financial services leading teams through organization change while implementing strategic initiatives. She was recognized as one of the top managers (out of 77,000 employees) with the most highly engaged team, resulting in her mentoring other emerging managers on effective team management.

She is doctoral student at Liberty University, studying strategic leadership. Her dissertation is on the topic of loneliness in the workforce and the impacts on the organization.

She speaks on the topics of building trust, working with your strengths, and laws of communication.
