Tracy Bianco Coaching & Consulting. She has more
than 30 years of experience in training, coaching,
developing, and leading strong teams.
Tracy helps Type A leaders and their teams achieve
all they want through calm confidence and
competence. Her expertise lies in bringing the calm
herself. With that in place, she meets leaders where
they’re at, facilitates positive, lasting change in them
and their teams, and coaches for continuous improvement and growth.
Tracy is a Certified Life and Executive Coach and is the author of A Checklist Life:Breaking Free from a Life of Obligations.
When she’s not doing the work she loves, Tracy can be found giggling with her
grandkids, walking with her favorite podcasts playing, and enjoying chips and
salsa with family at the nearest Mexican restaurant.
