My focus is on helping to maximizing their people and resources without sacrificing their profits, culture or sanity. Keeping HR Real (and a Little Sassier) – No cookie-cutter policies here; I believe in HR that’s both practical and compassionate, with a dash of realism (sarcasm?) thrown in for good measure. Balancing People & Tech (Without Replacing Humans) – From using AI to streamline to finding the right balance between efficiency and the human touch. Let’s use tech wisely—without turning people into numbers.
Why You Joined WEW – I’m joining Women Empowering Women (WEW) because I found a place where I don’t have to hold back—a community where I can unapologetically be myself. It’s rare to find a space that feels like a true “home” in the professional world, but WEW is that for me. Here, I can connect with women who share the same drive, values, and vision for real, no-BS change. WEW is a place to be inspired, be challenged, and have a little fun while we’re at it. Because let’s face it—when women empower each other, we’re unstoppable.
