Q&A with Chapter Leader Derlene

Why do you believe in WEW mission?

People do business with people they know like and trust – therefore it is important to have many different personalities that might sell the same product. I know I am not for everyone and I am good with that AND I like to have a colleague that I get to refer to.

Can you describe a memorable networking moment?

I don’t recall a specific event, however, I love networking because I get to surround myself with like-minded, successful women. Occasionally, I fun into someone from my former life of teaching/directing. Knowing them in their professional space is so cool!

What are some present and/or past organizations you have been a part of?

I am former owner of TEAM Referral Network, E4E, Cottleville, O’fallon,(former) Creve Coeur, and Maryland Heights Chamber, (current) former member of BNI and LBB.
