- Interests –My professional background is rooted in executive leadership support, customer experience strategy, and board-level operations. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work closely with CEOs, executive teams, and boards of directors, coordinating strategic initiatives, corporate events, and leadership development programs. Because of this experience, my interests within Women Empowering Women focus on: • Leadership Development and Mentorship – Supporting and mentoring women who aspire to leadership roles and helping them navigate executive environments with confidence and clarity. • Executive Operations & Strategic Support – Sharing best practices around executive partnership, board coordination, organizational leadership, and operational excellence. • Women in Business & Entrepreneurship – As the founder of Santana Executive Solutions LLC, I am passionate about helping women build sustainable businesses and professional brands. • Community Building and Networking – Creating meaningful connections among women leaders across industries and supporting initiatives that elevate women professionally and personally. • Events and Thought Leadership – Contributing to events, panels, and discussions that highlight women’s leadership journeys and promote collaboration and growth. I believe strongly in the power of women supporting women, and I’m excited to contribute my experience while continuing to learn from the incredible community within Women Empowering Women.
- Favorite Networking Moment –One of my favorite networking experiences has been attending the Women Empowering Women conferences. Being in a room filled with accomplished women leaders from different industries was incredibly inspiring. What stood out most to me was how genuine and supportive the environment was. The conversations went beyond exchanging business cards — they were about sharing experiences, encouraging one another, and building real relationships. At one of the conferences, I had the opportunity to connect with several C-level executives during a networking session and team-building activity. What I appreciated most was how open everyone was to sharing their leadership journeys, including both their successes and the challenges they faced along the way. Those kinds of authentic conversations are what make networking meaningful. Moments like that remind me that networking isn’t just about expanding your professional circle — it’s about creating a community where women truly support and elevate one another.
- Why You Joined WEW –I want to join Women Empowering Women because I truly believe in the power of women supporting, mentoring, and uplifting one another. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership teams and have seen firsthand how impactful strong networks and mentorship can be in helping women grow professionally. Having attended WEW conferences in the past, I experienced the energy, authenticity, and collaboration that exists within this community. The conversations and connections went beyond traditional networking and created a space where women could share experiences, support each other’s goals, and build meaningful professional relationships. As someone who is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and building strong professional communities, I would love the opportunity to be more actively involved. I am especially excited to connect with other women leaders, contribute my experience in executive operations and business strategy, and continue learning from the incredible women within this network.
