In this presentation, I will open with how my infertility journey forced me to be vulnerable at work with my manager and peers, and how that honest conversation transformed those relationships. I’ll explore why sharing what’s hard isn’t a weakness, but a bridge that brings people closer.
Using examples from real life scenarios and referencing well known authors and speakers, people will leave with a sigh of relief knowing they can have the hard conversations and build connections in work and in personal life.
