Pam Weston is an author, award-winning senior communications leader, and employee engagement expert with more than 25 years of experience leading in a range of communications and community affairs areas. As a trusted advisor during her career in corporate America, she has worked with chief executive officers, company presidents and their teams including Fortune 500 companies in the areas of employee engagement, strategy alignment, and communications management. An integral part of Pam’s life is community involvement, including volunteering with organizations that center on providing enrichment opportunities for youth and families. Pam also serves on the Board of Directors for Delta Economic Development Corporation as well as the United Way of Greater St. Louis’ Women’s Leadership Society Cabinet. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Illinois State University. Pam also earned master’s degrees in Management and Leadership as well as Media Communications Management from Webster University. She also has a Graduate Certificate in Change Leadership from Cornell University.
