Sandy is also a restorative yoga instructor and teaching women how to Redefine Superwomen and the importance of self care and living a life you love.

Sandy loves spending time with her family, teaching yoga and traveling (especially to Disney). She has been married for over 34 years to her amazing husband Brian and honored to be the mother to Maddie and dog mom to Clark
