Christina Schulze, PharmD, is a 17-year double lung transplant survivor whose life story is a testament to resilience, faith, and choosing hope again and again. Diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at just 16 years old, Christina learned early what it meant to fight for every breath, every dream, and every next step forward.
Through years of treatments, setbacks, and recovery, Christina refused to let her diagnosis define her limits. She went on to earn her Doctor of Pharmacy degree, become a licensed pharmacist, and build a life rich with meaning including marriage, two beautiful children, and living and traveling throughout Europe.
In this heartfelt presentation, Christina invites audiences into the defining moments of her journey from transplant and healing to rediscovering purpose beyond survival. With honesty and compassion, she shares how embracing her story, adapting through obstacles, and staying rooted in faith allowed her to build a future she once wasn’t sure she’d see.
Christina’s message is one of encouragement and empowerment: that even in life’s hardest seasons, dreams are still allowed and with intention, support, and courage, they can still be pursued.
