Sandy Fenili had a 26-year career at AT&T, with over 20 years of experience in leading sales compensation, compliance and incentives and recognition organizations. Trusted advisor for over 9 Senior Leaders, supporting 10k+ sellers Globally, who support a combined $30B in AT&T Business revenue. Sandy has 10 years of experience designing memorable top achiever travel programs and creating amazing attendee experiences including partnering with industry icons such as Disney, the Olympic Training Center, Country Music Hall of Fame, Beverly Hills/Rodeo Drive, and the Seed School of Miami.
In her role with AT&T, she developed the first of its kind incentive and recognition one-stop-shop portal and optimized spend by more than $10M in 48 months. Sandy is currently the Director, Insights & Strategy, Incentives & Recognition at Meetings & Incentives Worldwide. In this role she focuses on developing motivating, engaging Incentive, Recognition and Reward solutions with align to the client’s business goals and strategic priorities. She is also responsible for collaborating with clients to modify and retool current programs/contests, awards and processes.
Sandy is also in the process of starting up a retreat company called Bloom Motivation focused on helping women get out of their own way and believe in themselves. When we show up as our best selves and are comfortable with who we are the people around us start doing the same.
Sandy was a winner of AT&T’s Presidents club and a member of the Women of AT&T for many years. Currently, Sandy is a member of SITE, Women Empowering Women – National and NEDA.
Born in Oak Park, Illinois, Sandy was raised in Country Club Hills, Il Sandy received her MBA at Lewis University in Romeoville Illinois and recently received her CIS certification. Sandy currently lives in Chesterfield Mo with her husband of 29 years Brian, daughter Maddie and little dog Clark Disney.
