My life mission is to spread HOPE by Helping Others Propel to Excellence. Mary Kay is my vehicle to empower and elevate women by developing confidence and providing choices through skincare, cosmetics, and leadership.
I have told Michell since the beginning that WEW is the closest any organization has ever come to aligning with what I experience in Mary Kay’s culture. That is the biggest compliment I can give her and what she has created. Mary Kay is about enriching women’s lives and WEW is women empowering each other. Both truly foster environments of support, encouragement, and collaboration. They have cultures that attract positivity because the cultures do not cater to negativity or competition. I felt welcomed and at home from my first experience. That can not be said about all networking groups. WEW is truly connect-working, celebrating success, and solving struggles together. SOS truly makes it unique and special.
