What a Year It’s Been. And We Did It Together.

Every time I sit down to write to you, I find myself overwhelmed (in the best way) with gratitude. If I’m being honest, it’s hard to find the words for this year… because my heart is just so full. I know that sounds cliche, but there really aren’t any better words for it.
What we created together in 2025 wasn’t just a calendar of events or a list of accomplishments. It was connection. Real, meaningful, life-giving connection.
From our first-ever WEW National Conference at Disney (which still gives me goosebumps!), to the Empowerment Summit that left me speechless at times… our MEM events that turned into soul-nourishing moments of fun and friendship. Galentine’s, Murder Mystery, Flower Arranging and Gardening, Improv, and the most magical ending with our private showing of Wicked – every single gathering built deeper connections.
You brought it. You shared it. And I felt it.
But the part that keeps moving me forward with WEW the most?
It’s YOU.
The women who stop me after meetings to tell me what WEW has meant to them.
The ones who send a message or ask to grab coffee and end up sharing something so real, so vulnerable, that I leave more inspired than when I walked in.
The stories of friendships formed, collaborations sparked, fears quieted, challenges overcome, successes achieved and confidence rediscovered all because someone walked into a WEW room not knowing what they’d find, and left with exactly what they needed. 🩷👏💪
Please don’t stop sharing those moments with me.
They’ve changed me.
And I want even more of that in 2026 – so if we haven’t connected personally yet, please reach out. I mean that with my whole heart.
I also want to shout out our incredible Chapter Leaders: you are truly the reason this movement is what it is. Every time you open a chapter, greet a new guest, or lead with grace and purpose, you are literally breathing life into the mission of WEW.
You make sure women feel safe, seen, and supported, and that kind of leadership is priceless. I couldn’t be more grateful for your heart and the way you carry this vision forward in such beautiful, unique ways. I appreciate you more than you know! 🩷
So no… this isn’t just a look back at events.
It’s a giant thank you.
For the hugs, the tears, the laughs, the “I’ve got you” moments, and the “me too” stories.
For being in this with me. With us.
WEW is growing in the most incredible ways, and it’s because of you.
And I cannot wait to see where we go next… together.
“This is the beginning of anything you want. 2026 is yours—go make it extraordinary.”
From the bottom of my heart… thank you.
