She has many passions and skills, tapping into experience and knowledge to help inspire, motivate, and empower others to become their own versions of excellence and create the greatest good.
Dr. Jen helps women, organizations, and political figures be the most effective leader that their community deserves.
Using her expertise, she helps current and aspiring leaders embrace who they are and become more skilled in Leadership and in Life. Leadership is a state of being, not a title. Her leadership development consists of Authenticity, Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication, Vision, and Voice.
Dr. Jen is a Life Coach for women drowning in their Perimenopause & Menopause excuses. She helps Millennials define and create the life they desire. She helps GenZ see that they are the key to a hopeful future.
She is a US Navy Veteran and has worked with corporate, political, and non-profit organizations. She is a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership, has a Master of Business Administration, is a Certified NLP Master Coach and Trainer, and holds other Leadership Certifications.
Leadership and Research are PASSIONS for Dr. Jen. She LOVES to share her knowledge and experience with everyone and can literally talk for hours about leadership, personal discovery, growth, and the applications of those topics in any personal or professional setting.
