I help leaders with Joyosity, creating positive culture with complex people. Through solving conflict, cultivating communication, and capitalizing on the uniqueness of each person, I help you create empowered teams and restore joy to work. As an international keynote and TEDx speaker, leadership expert, and Enneagram specialist, I work with organizations to retain employees, increase efficiency, and develop healthy culture so work is a joy, people are whole, and organizations flourish. (Usually, that means a lot of laughter!)

I’ve got those formal degrees (graduate certificates in music education, theology, and leadership, along with a Master of Arts in communication and culture from Webster University) extended training in conflict resolution, and certification as an Enneagram coach. While not-at-all-secretly wanting my life to just be a musical, I live in St. Louis, Missouri, with my husband, Michael, our four kids, and a surly cat that puts up with us all.

Through speaking, consulting, and leadership coaching, as well as hosting the Joyosity podcast, I’ve stood in front of thousands of people, helping them develop the skills to improve their teams. And I’m ready to help you restore the joy of work, creating a healthy workplace culture that is people-first and purpose-driven.
