BSE’s founder, Julie Goodin, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience in financial and tax accounting across a diverse range of industries. Julie earned a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign before moving to the St. Louis area. After gaining valuable experience in tax and financial accounting in public accounting, Julie focused her career in corporate accounting and grew to a CFO position. Whether navigating complex accounting standards, or guiding businesses through financial challenges, Julie is dedicated to delivering insightful, effective, and tailored accounting solutions to meet each client’s unique needs.

- Favorite Networking Moment – My favorite networking moment is when I told the story behind “BSE” at a Chamber of Commerce Event. I explained that “BSE” stands for “Big Sexy Elephant” and my husband is my “BSE”. Now people call my husband the “Big Sexy Elephant”, and I laugh every time!
