Michelle Charbonnier is a coach, speaker, therapist, and nonprofit leader dedicated to helping people deepen their relationship with themselves and God while living with greater purpose, alignment, and intention. Through her coaching, speaking, and transformational work, Michelle helps individuals uncover the beliefs quietly shaping their lives, move beyond unhealthy patterns, and create lives rooted in authenticity, integrity, and presence.
Michelle is the creator of Clarity, a coaching experience for individuals who are questioning their relationship with alcohol and desire a more intentional, honest, and empowered way of living. Through this work, she helps clients increase self-awareness, shift patterns, and reconnect with the life they truly want to live.
She is also the creator of Elevate, a transformational coaching experience for high achievers and purpose-driven individuals who outwardly appear successful yet inwardly feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or aware something deeper is missing. Elevate helps clients cultivate greater presence, peace, fulfillment, and alignment in their everyday lives.
Through The Lighthouse Method, Michelle supports families navigating a loved one’s substance or alcohol use. Rooted in compassion, nervous system awareness, communication, and healthy boundaries, this work helps families move from fear and helplessness toward greater clarity, stability, and connection.
Michelle’s speaking work blends storytelling, faith, clinical insight, and practical wisdom. She speaks on topics including identity, healing, mindset, leadership, personal transformation, faith, and intentional living. Whether speaking at conferences, women’s events, churches, leadership gatherings, or community organizations, Michelle creates spaces which are honest, empowering, compassionate, and deeply impactful.
In addition to her coaching and speaking work, Michelle serves as Executive Director of , a St. Louis-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families through education, recovery support services, and compassionate community care.
At the core of Michelle’s work is a belief which people are capable of profound transformation when they feel seen, supported, and empowered to step fully into who they are created to be. Her work is rooted in faith, compassion, radical love, and a deep commitment to meaningful healing and growth.
