Rhonda Travers fulfills her passion for helping organizations elevate engagement, retention, and collaboration. As Founder & President of Travers Training & Consulting, Rhonda leverages her thirty years of corporate expertise to share proven strategies and tools to ignite teams and drive results. Whether through People Advisory Services, Leadership Development Workshops, or Speaking Engagements, Rhonda’s mission is to transform organizations and empower individuals.
Rhonda is also committed to making a difference through positive community development. She has fulfilled volunteer leadership roles over 20 years and currently serves on boards for National Speakers Association (NSA) St. Louis Chapter and American Club Association (ACA) Chesterfield Advisory Board.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Millikin University, Rhonda completed the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as well as Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) certifications.
