While TechKnow Solutions has been Michell’s foundation business, her entrepreneurial spirit has led her to explore diverse ventures. As the founder of Women Empowering Women (WEW), she has created a national networking organization that celebrates collaboration over competition. WEW has become a thriving community where women share their challenges, celebrate successes, and support each other in business and life.
As a lifelong serial entrepreneur, Michell’s ventures span diverse industries beyond her marketing company and women’s networking organization. She is part of two software companies, Vacation Creations CRM, which provides innovative business tools for travel agents, and Lawn Mowing Online, a platform once dubbed the “Uber of Lawn Mowing” which recently went through a rebrand and launched two apps.. Her business portfolio also includes Fantastick Pops, an artisan popsicle food truck she runs with her daughters and husband as a Women-Owned and Veteran-Owned.
In recent years, Michell has integrated AI to bring greater organization and efficiency to her businesses and her life. From streamlining workflows to assisting with delegation, AI has become an integral tool in how she manages multiple ventures while staying focused on what matters most: fostering authentic relationships personally and professionally.
