Melissa Tutterow is the Director of Development for the Violence Prevention Center of Southwestern Illinois. She became involved with the agency 14 years ago after she found out a friend was experiencing domestic violence. As a mother of 2 teens, she is passionate about creating a community that values equality, respect, and safety for everyone.
