Melissa is currently a Community Lending Officer covering the Southern and surrounding Dallas areas. She specializes in Homebuyer Education in Underserved Communities. It is her passion to ensure buyers purchase with confidence and gain knowledge of the homebuying process. Melissa, partners with several local Non-Profits to ensure consumers are aware of their purchase options and helps host homebuyer education seminars for Real Estate professionals, as well as consumers.
Melissa is a purchase focused loan officer overly proficient in Conventional, FHA and VA loan programs. She confidently helps buyer gain access to Bank of America’s grant programs and local City programs, to ensure her buyers have access to all resources available.
Melissa represents Bank of America as a Board of Director for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professional, Dallas Chapter; she is a proud parent of three young adults; Nathaniel, Devean and Haley.
Happily married to her best friend, Daniel whom she shares a love of sports with.
