Gabrielle has spent over 25 years coaching and consulting individuals and teams in achieving extraordinary results. She is a certified Executive and Leadership Coach and works with executives in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors to elevate personal as well as team performance levels.
For her achievements as a community leader, Gabrielle was honored with the Houston Business Journal Women Who Mean Business award. She was instrumental in supporting her fundraising consulting company Reason2Race to win the small business competition presented by BBVA Bank and Houston Dynamo. She was recognized by Leadera Consulting group as an Outstanding Woman in Business. As an Ironman Arizona finisher, Gabrielle was honored as a top fundraising athlete.
Gabrielle earned her coaching certification from CoachRICE of the Rice Graduate School of Business and her Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas. She lives in Houston, Texas with her husband Bill.
Workshop Abstract
Every leader has barriers or constraints that inhibit high level performance. These barriers are often unrecognizable and lurk in our “blind spots”. In this workshop, Gabrielle will share techniques for not only recognizing barriers to performance but how to remove them with skills that are already embedded in your leadership DNA. Attendees will identify the red flags of individual stops and then create a plan to conquer and remove that which would otherwise stifle their ability for long term success.
