As the founder and CEO of HeadStrong Leader, LLC, I empower leaders through executive coaching, consulting, and strategic solutions. With a career managing global brands like The Coca-Cola Company, L’Oréal, and Nestlé Purina, I’ve led marketing and business development and served in C-suite roles, including Chief of Staff at Proforma Fund Inc. and Chief Administrative Officer at Beyond Housing Inc.
I help mid-level managers advance to the C-suite and support business owners in driving profitability and growth through strategic planning. My clients include PwC, Monsanto, Mastercard, Ameren Corp., BJC Hospital, and others.
In 2024, I launched the Nonprofit Genius Coach Newsletter to offer nonprofit leaders expert strategies. I also own Pease Premier Signings, a Missouri Commissioned Notary service providing legal document services.
As an international best-selling author, I contributed to Overcoming, Living Our Best Life, In Spite Of…, sharing how my cheerleading experience shaped my presence and nontraditional path. I hold a BA and MBA in Marketing from Lindenwood University and serve on the board of The Career Catalyst Foundation.
Entrepreneurship drives me, and I’m always seeking opportunities to grow my brand and businesses. My motto: “It is better to be prepared and not have an opportunity than to have an opportunity and not be prepared.”
Above all, I enjoy traveling, attending live concerts, WNBA & NBA games and living the gym-rat life with my best friend and hubby of 34 years, Al. Together, we cherish time with our children and growing family.
