As a previous admissions recruiter for MU and WASHU, Rachel Rubin Wilkins knows and understands the power of creating a positive impact for career decisions. She has spent a huge part of her life advocating for women and young professionals to reach and obtain their gifts in many industries across the globe. Her travels have led her to leadership venues in 8 different states in the US, Europe, and China.
She has an International Business background with an Interdisciplinary Degree in Business-Marketing, French, and Sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a foreign language certificate from the University de Grenoble, France. She earned her Executive MBA from Washington University – Saint Louis and holds a certification in the Social Cognitive Career Theory from the National Science Foundation, where she is also an ADJ Professor on the topic.
Rachel contributes to the workforce development space by aligning students, professionals, and transitioning veterans and their families with career guidance. One of Rachel’s passion projects is to empower women through LeadHERship, uniting women through mentorship. A key component for success. In honor of National Mentoring Month (January 2025), she is ready to encourage you to Lead, Lift, and Leave a Legacy in your community through mentorship.
Recently, she was recognized as the “Woman of the Year” for her event strategy and fundraising efforts for Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas 2024. During her time as an Army Spouse, she was presented several awards for community service:
Dr. Mary E Walker Award, Shield of Sparta, Commander’s Award for Public Service for four years, Vicenza Military Community Volunteer of the Year, 75th Ranger Regiment Volunteer of Excellence Award and The Golden Acorn Award for Educational Excellence in Programming.
In addition to her passion projects, Rachel owns Team of Seven Consulting LLC, where she deploys her strategic management and marketing skills to enhance projects, conferences, programming, and events. Her most recent projects have made an impact in the geospatial and digital marketing industries in St. Louis, MO, Devner. CO, and Orlando, FL.
Rachel, a Saint Louis native, has returned to the region with her college sweetheart (her husband) and five children after 20 years as a military family. Team Wilkins enjoys the outdoors and seeks adventures in kayaking, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and boating. Her favorite part of life is the time she spends with her family during adventures and the holidays.
As an entrepreneur, event consultant, speaker and International Best Selling Author, Rachel has had a positive influence on thousands of people across the globe, connecting them to resources to improve their career paths in the communities in which they live. Her goal is “to change the world one authentic relationship at a time.”

Navigating today’s world of change can be a challenge. The search for significance and connection is at an all time high. Many continue to watch for a glimmer of hope on the horizon to expand a sense of community and create a sense of belonging. We need stars in our path to the light the way. The stars in our constellations are the mentors, advisors, and coaches that shine a light for others to overcome obstacles in our careers and personal lives as they guide us to success in our constellations of life.
