Pamela Anita Mary Davis, also known as the Queen of Resilience, is a dynamic servant leader, resilience speaker, HR professional, and creative consultant based in St. Louis, MO. She is the founder and CEO of Queen of Resilience, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching the community how to harness resilience through mental health awareness, mentorship, and professional development.
As the creator of The Resilient Approach, Pamela’s mission is to guide people toward discovering their own resilience, unlocking creativity, and embracing their authentic voice. Her passion for this work was ignited during her college years when the word “resilience” resonated deeply within her. She says that she had strength, but didn’t always have the language connected to her strength. She adds that today she can truly say, “I am resilient. God calls us to be resilient.” This realization led Pamela to build a platform of empowerment and healing, with the belief that once you find your voice, you must “Pass The Crown” and share those experiences to help others flourish.
In 2017, Pamela founded Queen of Resilience, Inc., to address the growing need for mental health support in her community, particularly for women and college students. Through this initiative, Pamela has helped countless people manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges, offering them the tools to find strength and self-awareness.
Pamela’s leadership is deeply influenced by the wisdom of her mother, which she carries into her work and life. With a background in human resources, she has experience in diversity and inclusion, recruitment, credentialing, and employee wellness. Her HR expertise, combined with her servant leadership, has earned her a reputation for fostering growth and a positive work environment.
Pamela has a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from Harris-Stowe State University and a master’s in healthcare administration from Webster University. Her achievements have earned her notable recognition, including the “Women Who Inspire” Award from Delux Magazine and the “Outstanding Alumni in Leadership” distinction from Harris-Stowe State University.
Through her personal and professional journey, Pamela remains dedicated to empowering women and youth to rise above their challenges, embrace their potential, and achieve success by living a life centered on resilience.
