Caroline is an academic coach specializing in executive function skills. She works with middle school, high school, and college students to help them become more prepared, confident, and motivated. Through teaching essential study, organization, and communication skills, she empowers students to take ownership of their academic journeys and beyond.
Her path has always been driven by a passion for learning and making a meaningful impact. She began her career in education, teaching in both the U.S. and at an international school in Venezuela. These experiences shaped her commitment to fostering growth and resilience in others, as she witnessed firsthand the transformative power of education across cultures. These early experiences laid the foundation for her career, which evolved to include corporate leadership and organizational development at Fortune 500 and non-profit organizations. In these roles, she designed leadership, educational, and sales programs while coaching professionals on career and personal growth.
Today, as a certified coach with a BA in Education and Linguistics, an MBA, and a graduate certificate in Organizational Psychology, Caroline brings a unique blend of educational, entrepreneurial, and corporate expertise to her coaching practice. Whether helping a student master time management or celebrating someone’s achievements, her mission remains the same: to inspire confidence and equip others with the tools they need to succeed.
What if the key to achieving your goals wasn’t just hard work—but also self-compassion and a grateful heart? Together, we’ll explore how the powerful combination of grit, grace, and gratitude can help you go after what you want with courage, treat yourself with kindness through setbacks, and stay grounded in appreciation along the way. It’s not just about pushing forward—it’s about how you show up for yourself in the process.
