As Vice President, Strategy & Innovation at Rung for Women, Rhonda Gray oversees the planning and implementation of the organization’s strategy, development of new business models, and strategies for expansion.
Prior to her role at Rung, Rhonda was a Business Performance Advisor with Insperity.
Before joining Insperity, she served as a Consultant with Collaborative Strategies, Inc. (CSI). Prior to CSI, Rhonda was Executive Director of Almost Home, a local nonprofit which provides transitional housing for homeless young mothers and their children. Rhonda has also worked as a Community Investment Manager with the United Way of Greater St. Louis and as Associate Director of the Vashon Education Compact, an organization that partnered with the St. Louis Public Schools to improve the quality of education for students in St. Louis city.
A relentless agent for change, Rhonda is passionate about supporting women in reaching their full potential and achieving the success they deserve. Throughout her career, she has served as a mentor to youth and volunteers on several nonprofit Boards.
A native of St. Louis, Rhonda obtained her bachelor’s degrees in English and Business from Alabama A&M University. She has a master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
