Happy 250th Birthday, America – Now Let’s Talk About YOUR Freedom
Hey friend,
Two hundred and fifty years. That’s a long time to be celebrating freedom. 👏
And as we fire up the grills and watch the fireworks this month, I’ve been thinking a lot about what independence actually means – not in a political way, but in a personal one. Freedom looks different for every single one of us.
For me, this year has been about declaring my own kind of independence. Independence from doing ALL the things in ALL my businesses. Independence from the belief that if I’m not the one doing it, it won’t get done right. Independence from saying yes when I really mean no… and no when I’m actually just overwhelmed or scared.
(My coaches would be very proud that I just said that out loud, in writing to thousands of people. lol!)
It’s not easy work. But we have a community. We have each other. We have WEW.
This month let’s declare our independence – from self-doubt, from isolation, from doing too much, from playing small – together.
I challenge you to think about what YOUR declaration looks like. What are you ready to step away from? What are you finally ready to step into?
And then come talk about it. If you’ve never visited a chapter outside your own – July is a great month to do it. Fresh energy, fresh perspectives, fresh “Aha!” moments waiting for you.
