Speaker Bio:

Nicole is confidence coach and public speaking mentor who is passionate about empowering women to feel good about themselves and build the confidence they deserve.
She founded the Confidence Craft with the specific aim or helping career-motivated women put themselves out there – without fear, faking or worrying what others think. She realised early in her career that so many women fake confidence (she was very much one of them) without ever truly feeling it, so she works with women one-on-one, in small groups and via online courses to remedy that.
Nicole has a Masters degree in Human Communication, she’s a qualified and an accredited NLP practitioner and coach and she’s wracked up more years than she cares to admit specialising in human behaviour in a successful advertising research career. (Her claim to fame is that her work inspired Gogglebox!). She’s a published writer and blogger.
Nicole has had a long career in public speaking and has travelled all over the world as a presenter, panellist and host. She uses all these skills to boost the confidence of women wanting to put themselves out there and speak in person or on video, with power, passion and presence – regardless of how much confidence they start with or the experience they have.
When she’s not working, Nicole is a mum to two fabulous small people and loves nothing more than trashy TV, making ice-cream and is a bit of an adrenaline junkie. (Wing walk anyone?!)
