Membership Renewal, Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Women Empowering Women (WEW) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the WEW. If WEW refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.

 

WEW MEMBERSHIP ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
WEW Membership Subscriptions are yearly and renew on the original purchase date.
Your annual subscription will start when your payment processes and will continue for a period of one year. When you purchase an annual subscription, auto-renew is automatically selected. You authorize our payment processor (Square or Stripe) to store your payment and to automatically charge your payment method every year until you cancel. Your annual rate is subject to change, but you will be notified of any change in your annual rate with the option to cancel in accordance with these terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time within any annual subscription period. However, any cancellation will only become effective at the end of the annual subscription period it was submitted in. No refunds and/or rebates will be refunded for any part of the annual subscription.

 

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
The only valid method for canceling your Auto Renewal Subscription is by clicking on the cancellation link that is accessible after logging into your Women Empowering Women membership account. This link is located in the Membership section of the Account/Settings window of your dashboard. https://wewnational.com/login/
If you are unable to login to your membership portal, you may request to cancel by email hello@wewnational.com 3 days before the renewal date. Once you submit your request you will receive an email confirmation within 24 business hours that the cancellation has been completed. If you do not receive this confirmation within that time, please contact Member Support at members@wewnational.com within 48 business hours to resolve or your cancellation request will be considered invalid. (Make sure you have proof that you sent your email request) Cancellations (online or via email) received AFTER the renewal deadline will NOT be eligible for a refund as memberships are non-refundable.
