WEW: Where Courage, Connection, and Collaboration Come Together

We’ve been celebrating 12 years of Women Empowering Women for the past few weeks, and here’s what I’ve realized: this milestone isn’t just about the number of years, it’s about the countless moments of courage, connection, and collaboration that have shaped who we are together as a community.

Over the years, I’ve watched women walk into their first meeting unsure of what to expect and leave with not just new connections, but new confidence, opportunities, and friendships. We’ve celebrated wins, shared struggles, and proven that when women come together with authenticity and courage, transformation happens.

For me personally, WEW has shown me the power of creating a space where women believe in one another, cheer each other on, and model what real friendships and true empowerment looks like. A lot of people can say the words “collaboration over competition” but it’s a unique individual who actually puts those words into action.

So, as we celebrate, let’s remember this: we are not just part of an organization, we are part of a community and a movement. A movement that says every woman’s voice matters, every dream is worth pursuing, and together we can go farther than we ever imagined.
