Nadine Kouba

Dr. Nadine Kouba is passionate about adding value whether she is coaching or consulting. Throughout her career, Nadine has worked with leaders at all levels. Her experience includes executive and individual contributor coaching, intact leadership team development, succession planning, and leadership program development and facilitation. She has presented workshops, consulted, and coached individuals across the United States, the Asia-Pacific region, the Middle East, and Europe. With extensive business expertise spanning 10 industries, as well as education and not-for-profit sectors, Dr. Kouba brings a powerful mix of strategy, empathy, and real-world insight to her client engagements.

Drawing on over 25 years of business experience, Nadine brings a thoughtful approach to her coaching. She helps clients surface their goals and then create and work on an action plan to achieve their desired results – solving a business problem, handling a people issue, improving their communications, developing personal leadership and executive presence, transitioning into a new role, or planning their career.

Nadine earned a Ph.D. in Education – Higher Education Leadership from St. Louis University and is also a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas Executive and Professional Coaching program. She is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
