SUMMARY:Belleville Chapter Meeting - Keep Hope Alive
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”” css_params=””] \nGUEST SPEAKER: Judy Sabbert\nTOPIC: Keep Hope Alive\nWHEN: Thursday\, May 1\, 2025 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CST\nWHERE: Tavern On Main – 301 E Main St\, Belleville\, IL 62220\n\n\nJudith Sabbert (Judy) grew up on a farm outside off White Cloud\, Kansas\, a community of 300 people at the time. She went on to complete three degrees: a bachelor’s and a master’s in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of Kansas and a second master’s in Administration from Central Michigan University. She served as President of the natioinally recognized and award-winning Heartland Foundation (aka Mosaic Life Care Foundation)\, ending a 30-year carereer with the nonprofit in 2018. \nIn 2015\, Judith released her first book\, Come Together\, Think Ahead\, that focused on a collective leadership approach to transform communities and people’s lives. Healthy Communities and emPowerU were two of the innovative programs she co-created and led at the foundation. \nInstead of retirement\, Judy chose “retirement.” If she’s not in her loft writing\, she is seeking new life adventures with her husband\, DJ. \nLife is full of journeys. Some journeys – divorce\, cancer\, death – choose us. They test our faith. Yet it is faith and love that save us. Judy’s message provides a bit of inspiration she has gleaned from her life. Her story will resonate with those who have experienced challenges in their lives\, and it will leave them with a renewed faith and a sense of hope. \nPresentation takeaways: \n1. Be open to rescripting your life. You are the architect. \n2..Encourage others. \n3. Stay open to the possibilities. \n4. Embrace life to the fullest. \n5. Be open to signs and messages. \n6. Embrace an attitude of gratitude. \n7. Keep Hope Alive. \n\n\n[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”15px”][vc_column_text css=”” css_params=””]Contact this Speaker Directly:\nJudy Sabbert\, Author & Retired President of Heartland Foundation \nEmail: judthsabbertbooks@gmail.com \nWebsite: http://JudithSabbert.com \nPhone Number: 816-390-3621[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nAll chapter meetings are FREE for anyone to attend.  YES!  You read that right. \n\n(We just ask that if a chapter meeting is at a restaurant location\, that you purchase a meal to support the location that is so graciously hosting our event.
