Corinna is an accomplished leader with a proven track record in team leadership and optimizing business operations. She manages the purchasing team of a prominent state agency, where she spearheads initiatives such as modernizing training methods, revising purchasing policies, and implementing three new agency-wide programs. With hands-on retail management experience from owning a high-grossing, nationally franchised mattress store, Corinna monitored industry trends and strategized to improve inventory management and sales.

As a business consultant, Corinna has guided over 50 small businesses and startups, providing comprehensive business, financial, and strategic planning services. She excels in market analysis, competitive positioning, partnership development, and growth strategies. Using data-driven insights from customer and employee satisfaction surveys, performance reports, and market research, she identifies areas for improvement and devises effective strategies to achieve business goals. Corinna’s commitment to innovation and industry trend awareness drives her dedication to business growth and operational excellence.

Corinna is also a staunch advocate for workplace diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
