Kirsten Marie Peterson chose early retirement from her special education career after devoting twenty-five years to students with visual impairments. She now works from home as a writer, self-publisher, speaker and entrepreneur. Kirsten enjoys reading as much as writing. so freelances as a beta reader in her spare time. Kirsten lives in Belleville with four of her five children and two dogs. Kirsten’s eldest daughter lives in Collinsville with her boyfriend and is expecting her first child.
