Bea Gasca was born in central México and since a young age she develops a passion for justice, diversity & inclusion.
Being involve with public schools through her mother´s work, she discovers her passion towards creating community for common benefit, particularly in the feminist movement. She’s been 3 times honoris causa doctorate for the creation of the manual “Equalizing Opportunities, a path towards inclusion”, a guide to make inclusion tangible in business spaces.
Through her career she’s been a top executive in HR for Whirlpool, Nestlé, Aeroméxico & GINGroup Americas & Europe, developing solutionsto organizational, social and cultural problems. She is co-founder of the Dalia Empower project, a women’s empowerment center. She founded Human Endeavor a digital consultancy, specialized in Human Resources solutions. Currently, she is starting a new project as HR Global Leader with JobFit by Vensure in Houston TX.
In 2017, she was selected as Rising Talent (women under 35 who generate changes in their environment), by the Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society. She also participates as the chair of LATAM for the board of the Cherie Blair Foundation. She has been the cover for some influential business magazines such as “Mujer Ejecutiva“ for a project to give visibility to women pilots. On a second cover, this time for “Human Capital Universe“, she was the first Latin women to appear visible pregnant on a business magazine. She is one of the 100 Powerful Women Forbes México 2017.
Bea has been recognized as one of the 30 CHRO’s that are transforming the human capital of Mexico for her ability to translate the initiatives of HR in the language of business and her constant effort to promote diversity and inclusion in the corporate environment. She has lectured and written articles on inclusion globally. In 2019 she was TED Talk speaker. She was speaker at the World Economic Forum in Davos 2020. In 2021, she created Womanpalooza, the first concert focused on raising awareness of the violence suffered by women worldwide, and launched the Women Business Club, a space for doing business between women with a gender perspective. Her book about been politically persecuted in her country, due to her work on behalf of women survivors of violence, will be published next summer.
