Alix is a dedicated and intentional career coach, lecturer, and senior business consultant following a 15-year corporate leadership career spanning the fields of technology, intelligence, investigations, and crisis communications. She is also an award-winning Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion pioneer while serving as a regional leader within the US Air Force Auxiliary, where she participated in homeland security and emergency services missions.
Alix is currently undertaking her most challenging job to date, serving as the Chief Child Development Officer to 3 year old twins, trying to keep up with her exigent and demanding “tiny bosses” Chloe and Nicolas. In her sparingly spare time, she is a passionate court-appointed volunteer advocate for foster children who have experienced abuse and neglect.
