In her leadership role at Operation Food Search\, she spearheaded initiatives to address the immediate and root causes of food insecurity through organizational strategy\, transformational change\, and innovative projects. Her career also spans key roles in philanthropy\, program management\, and policy—efforts that have deepened her understanding of the factors that bolster resilience and empower communities to thrive. \nHolding a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Massachusetts Global\, Lucinda’s research examined how CEOs harness leadership influence to motivate staff and stakeholders to reach new heights.
