“Leading with Intention: Rewiring Childhood Messages and Debunking Society’s Expectations” will explore the expectations placed on women by society that enables hustle culture. Women are bombarded with messages about what success looks like, what we should aspire to, and how we should behave. However, these messages are often based on outdated beliefs and do not reflect the true diversity of female experiences.
Furthermore, many of us have received messages in childhood that have led us to lead with fear or doubt. We may have been told that we are not smart enough, not attractive enough, or we may have been told we are too much of something. These messages can become deeply ingrained in our beliefs and can limit our ability to lead with intention.
We will discuss the importance of self-awareness and reflection in identifying the messages that may be holding us back. We will also explore the power of mindset, and how adopting a growth mindset can help us overcome limiting beliefs.
