With nearly three decades in the legal field, I have experience working in both small and mid-size law firms across a variety of practice areas, including corporate and business law, real estate, intellectual property, estate planning, probate, commercial litigation, and commercial creditor collections. While I have worked in both law firm settings and now in-house at Rex Encore, I have found that being in-house allows me to be more directly involved in a company’s operations, which is where I thrive. As Legal Operations Manager at Rex Encore, I manage every legal matter that comes through the company, with a primary focus on real estate, corporate law/compliance, and contract management.
