Hi! I am Megan Martin, owner of Conquer Consulting, a boutique consulting firm in which we provide Organizational Development Consulting, Executive Coaching, and Career Coaching services to clients nationwide. We are on a mission to help others find happiness and thrive in their professional lives. My expertise lies in understanding the dynamics of organizational systems and the psychology of human behavior within them. I bring a deep understanding of the various leadership styles and their impact on organizational culture, as well as the factors that drive individual and team performance.

My approach is collaborative and focused on building trust, communication, and accountability within leadership teams. It is of utmost importance to me to help my executive clients work to create a safe and supportive environment in which team members can share their perspectives and ideas, and work together to achieve shared objectives.
