My life mission is to spread H.O.P.E. by Helping Others Propel to Excellence personally, professionally, and passionately. Since 2011, my vehicle to live out this mission has been skincare and cosmetics. I believe that when a woman will share her face with you, she will also share her heart. I have been in leadership with Mary Kay for 12 years where I not only educate and inform on products, ingredients, application, and self care but I train, coach, and mentor women to live their best lives while providing choices. I watch women gain confidence from the outside in by using the products and from the inside out by investing time in their personal development journey.
I came to Mary Kay following successful engineering and real estate careers that served our family well in different seasons of life. Those experiences prepared me for the grit, tenacity, and persistence it takes to be a self-employed leader in the direct selling industry. Every struggle and success during previous seasons shape us into the current better version of ourselves. I have learned to surrender things that are out of my control, control the controllables, and effectively lead those who have been divinely assigned to me with faith, empathy, and authenticity.
I am a wife, mom of 2 daughters, avid reader, nature and water lover, soccer enthusiast, bleacher mom, and Gigi to our oldest daughter’s fur baby.
