Hi! I am Katrina Harrell-Emery. I am a Transitional Life Coach who focuses on a holistic approach to coaching. My background includes an undergraduate degree in HR Management with Minors in Psychology and Political Science and a Masters degree in Public Administration and Policy. I obtained leadership certifications from The Woodlands Church Seminary program and SHSU Emerging Leaders program as well as a Lay Counseling certification.
My goal is to align clients spiritual, personal, and business goals and help lay a path to move forward effectively and efficiently in reaching short and long-term goals. I work with clients to help them narrow their next steps in creating a vision for a future that excites them out of the pressure and weight of life.
I have heard so often that our ideal clients are people who mirror who we were when we were younger. MAN!!! Could a younger me use a coach to tread through the mud of all the heavy transitional trenches.
I believe the things we go through in life are purposeful. I feel every downfall, trial, and obstacle we face is an opportunity to overcome and teach others how to do the same. I walked through my hardest transitions alone. I did not have the community during the hard times to help me navigate or process properly. I do not wish the leave anyone to do that alone.
I feel the spiritual journey we walk is what guides all the other areas of our lives. One of the most important areas I want acknowledged through my business, is understanding the importance of the transition periods of life. They can feel overwhelmingly still to individuals who are used to pushing through every moment. I find it important to address walking through these transitional periods in a holistic way such as addressing spiritual growth as a part of moving through personal and business growth.
