A Colorado resident since 1993, Katherine is a retired Human Resources executive turned consultant and coach with 25+ years of proven experience and thousands of employees served. She remains committed to upleveling human resources professionals- individually and collectively- by consulting within a variety of industries and coaching executives, leaders and HR professionals around the globe.
Katherine possesses expertise in all facets of the human resources profession and advises and consults accordingly. She specializes in helping HR professionals beat burnout, find fulfillment and fall in love with their careers again via signature SHERO methodology.
Her certifications include SPHR, SHRM-SCP, health coach, life coach, mediator, facilitator and project manager. She is a SHRM Recertification Provider.
Katherine has spoken at various events throughout the United States and leads an HR recertification class each Tuesday called “HR EmpowHER Hour” for successful, healthy and empowered HR professionals throughout the world. Katherine leads a second community of 100,000+ global HR professionals where she single-handedly coordinates employment seekers with employment opportunities.
