I coach college, early and mid-career women who feel unseen, under-developed and unfulfilled, by helping them identify and reach their career goals through self-love, self-discovery and self-leadership.
I use my experience in staffing, and workforce development along with degrees in Social and Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, and a doctorate in Ethical Leadership to help women take control of their mindset in order to take their careers to the next level. Leadership Coaching and coaching for women requires heart and passion. I bring passion and a heart for what you do, to teach women strategies that I’ve learned over 3 degrees, thousands of dollars and decades of experiences, how to illuminate who they are.
